3.1 What resolutions and formats are available?

3.2 Preferred quality is missing
Issue: The quality list does not include the resolution you want.
Solution: Options depend on what the source site provides for that link. Try another available quality, or refresh the link and parse again.
3.3 Download fails or stops
Issue: The download fails, stalls, or the file cannot play.
Solution: Check your network connection, confirm the link is still valid, and try again. If the page requires login on the hosting site, the public link may not be enough. Update Ballad VideoDownloader to the latest version from the official website.
3.4 Windows only for now
Issue: Looking for a Mac installer.
Solution: Windows is available now. A macOS build is planned and will be announced when ready.
